- all-purpose flour 1 cup
- Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
- milk ½ cup
- semolina (sooji) ¼ cup
- fennel seeds ½ tsp
- cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Pinch of salt
- Ghee or oil for frying
- For Garnish:
- Chopped pistachios
- Almonds
- Extra drizzle of Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk.

In a mixing bowl, add: Flour, Semolina, Cardamom, Fennel seeds, Pinch of salt.

Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add milk gradually and whisk into a smooth, flowing batter. Rest the batter for 10–15 minutes Batter should be slightly thick but pourable

Heat ghee or oil in a shallow pan on medium‑low heat.

Pour a small ladle of batter into the hot ghee. Fry until golden on the bottom, then flip.

Remove when both sides are golden and edges are crispy.

DrizzleNestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk over hot malpuas.

Sprinkle chopped pistachios & almonds. Serve warm
