From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • all-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ cup
  • milk ½ cup
  • semolina (sooji) ¼ cup
  • fennel seeds ½ tsp
  • cardamom powder ¼ tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ghee or oil for frying
  • For Garnish:
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Extra drizzle of Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk.

Step by Step

  • In a mixing bowl, add: Flour, Semolina, Cardamom, Fennel seeds, Pinch of salt.
  • Add ½ cup Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add milk gradually and whisk into a smooth, flowing batter. Rest the batter for 10–15 minutes Batter should be slightly thick but pourable

Step

  • Heat ghee or oil in a shallow pan on medium‑low heat.
  • Pour a small ladle of batter into the hot ghee. Fry until golden on the bottom, then flip.

Step

  • Remove when both sides are golden and edges are crispy.
  • DrizzleNestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk over hot malpuas.
  • Sprinkle chopped pistachios & almonds. Serve warm
