From the kitchen you will need
- full‑fat milk 1 liter
- (397-g) Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
- cardamom powder ¼ tsp
- Few saffron strands
- chopped pistachios or almonds 2 tbsp

Pour 1 Liter milk into a wide, heavy-bottom pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.

Simmer 30–35 minutes, scraping the sides occasionally to collect the malai layers. Keep stirring often to avoid burning.

Add Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk. Mix gently and continue cooking for 10–12 minutes until the Rabri becomes thick and creamy.

Add cardamom powder. Add saffron (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk).

Fold in the malai layers collected on the sides.

Transfer to a bowl and chill for 1–2 hours for the best texture.

Garnish with pistachios or almonds before serving.
