From Nestlé® you will need
From the kitchen you will need
- 370g Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
- white chocolate, finely chopped (or chips) 500 g
- unsalted butter 30 g
- cocoa powder, sifted 1 Tbsp
- pure vanilla extract 1 tsp
- fine salt ½ tsp
- Red food color 1½ tsp
- Optional tang/lemon juice ½ tsp
- Cream Cheese Swirl:
- white chocolate 100 g
- softened cream cheese 60 g
- Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 Tbsp

Line a square pan with parchment Lightly butter or spray.

In a heavy saucepan on low heat, combine Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter, and white chocolate. Stir constantly until it melts. Remove from heat and keep stirring until smooth.

Stir in vanilla and salt. Sift in cocoa and mix until fully incorporated. Add red color a little at a time until a deep crimson is reached. If using, stir in lemon juice.

Scrape into the pan, smooth the top, and tap to release air. Chill uncovered 30 minutes, then cover and chill for at least 3–4 hours (best overnight) until firm.

Lift out using the parchment. Warm a knife under hot water, wipe dry, and cut into neat squares.

Cream Cheese Swirl:

Melt white chocolate. Whisk with softened cream cheese, and Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth.

Dollop over the red fudge layer before setting.
