Strawberry Cheesecake Hearts

From Nestlé® you will need

Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 370g

From the kitchen you will need

  • 370g Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
  • cream cheese softened (about 1¼ cups) 300 g
  • heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks 200 ml
  • powdered sugar 1 tsp
  • fresh strawberries 200–250 g
  • vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp powdered gelatin dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water
  • for crust:
  • digestive biscuits, crushed 200 g
  • melted butter 80 g

Make the crust:
  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until sandy
  • Press firmly into heart shape Molds or into a lined tray. Chill for 15–20 minutes.

Prepare the cheesecake filling:
  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add Nestlé® Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla
  • In a bowl, add the powdered sugar to the strawberries and crush well. Add this mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix at low speed to combine.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over hot water, mix well to dissolve it, and add it to the cream cheese mixture, stirring constantly.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep it airy.
  • Pour the mixture over the chilled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
  • Top it with whipped cream & Berry Jam and garnish with fresh strawberries and other toppings of your choice
