From the kitchen you will need
- Egg Yolks 6
- (200-g) Tahini Paste 1 cup
- Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 tin
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- (3-g) Nescafe Arabiana Saudi Coffee 1 sachet
- (250-ml) Hot Water 1 cup
- white Sugar for the Brulé 6 tbs

In a mixing bowl combine Egg Yolks and Tahini and beat with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth.

In a saucepan combine Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk,Vanilla,Nescafe Arabiana Saudi Coffeeand Water and bring to a gentle boil.

Temper the Egg yolks by drizzling the Milk mixture into the Eggs while whisking with a gentle and constant motion.

Pour the mixture into prepared oven safe ramakins and bake in a water bath in a preheated oven at 160-C for around 35-40 minutes or until set.

Remove and place in fridge to cool.

Sprinkle sugar over the top and caramelize the top using a blow torch or oven grill function.
