Place pistachios and toast pieces in a bowl of an electric mixer and mix until well combined.
Add rose water, NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and vanilla powder and beat again until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the mixture in a bowl, cover and chill for 1 hour.
Form the mixture into small balls; coat them in the chopped pistachios. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate.
Serve with hot coffee.
